● Are for evaluation purposes
● Do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice
● Do not create a partnership or employment relationship

We reserve the right to decline engagement if a project is not a fit.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, proposals, documentation, and system architecture designs provided by Whatever Tech LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatever Tech LLC shall not be liable for:
